Amazon Brand Analytics

Brand analysis for Amazon brand owners

Foticos Solutions provides services to brand owners registered in Amazon Brand Registry. With their express authorisation we access their brand’s Amazon Brand Analytics reports and hand them back as decisions on catalogue, content, price and stock.

Who we serve

The customers of this feature are Amazon brand owners: companies with their brand registered in Amazon Brand Registry that hire us to manage or grow their presence on the marketplace.

We always act on behalf of the brand owner and only on data belonging to their own brand. We do not access data from any brand that has not authorised us.

What Brand Analytics is inside Foticos Solutions

Brand Analytics is the module that gathers the reports Amazon makes available to a brand owner and presents them in a single dashboard, alongside the order and manufacturing data we already manage for that same customer.

The point is to let the brand owner answer business questions — what buyers search for, which products compete with theirs, what is bought alongside what, how often a buyer comes back — without downloading and cross-referencing reports by hand.

What information we retrieve

With the brand owner’s authorisation, the platform reads the Amazon Brand Analytics reports for that brand:

  • Search terms and search query performance: what buyers are searching for, and how the brand’s products perform against those searches.
  • Item comparison and alternate purchase behaviour: which other products a buyer views or ends up buying in the same session.
  • Market basket analysis: which products are bought together with the brand’s own.
  • Repeat purchase behaviour: how many buyers come back to the brand, and how often.
  • Buyer demographics as Amazon provides them: always aggregated and anonymised, never identifying an individual person.

What we use it for

Everything we retrieve is turned into reports and recommendations for the brand owner:

  • Demand analysis: which search terms are gaining or losing traction, to decide what to manufacture and list.
  • Catalogue and content optimisation: titles, attributes, images and A+ content for the brand’s listings.
  • Positioning and pricing: where the brand stands against the products it competes with.
  • Stock and production planning: anticipating demand peaks and adjusting factory capacity.
  • Periodic performance reports, delivered to the brand owner as part of the contracted service.

What we never do with this data

  • We do not sell Brand Analytics data, nor license its exploitation to third parties.
  • We do not share it with other customers or other brands: a brand’s data is seen only by that brand.
  • We do not combine it with other sellers’ data to build data products, rankings or market studies.
  • We do not use it for our own retail business or for any commercial decision of our own.
  • We do not keep it beyond what providing the service requires: when the relationship ends, or the authorisation is revoked, it is deleted.

Authorisation and customer control

Access is always granted through Amazon’s OAuth flow (Login with Amazon), from the brand owner’s own Seller Central account. We never ask for or store their credentials.

The authorisation can be revoked at any time from Seller Central. As soon as it is, the platform stops accessing that brand’s reports.
