Terms of Service | Foticos S.L.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of Foticos, the integration platform with the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) owned by FOTICOS S.L. By using the service, the user accepts these Terms.

2. Purpose of the service

Foticos is a platform that integrates the user's Amazon seller account with the management (ERP) and manufacturing systems of FOTICOS S.L. The service allows downloading and synchronizing the seller's orders, sending them to production, managing their manufacturing and reporting the shipment and tracking number back to Amazon.

3. Authorization and access

The connection with Amazon is made through the OAuth authorization flow (Login with Amazon). The user authorizes the application from their Amazon Seller Central account and may revoke that access at any time. FOTICOS S.L. does not request, share or store the user's Amazon password.

4. Acceptable use

The user agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable law, these Terms and Amazon's policies, including the Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. The user is responsible for holding a valid Amazon seller account and for complying with the conditions of that account.

5. Data processing and protection

FOTICOS S.L. accesses only the order data required for manufacturing and shipping (items, quantities and shipping details) obtained through the Selling Partner API. The data is used solely for the purpose of managing and manufacturing orders, is protected through encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls, and is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Amazon's data policies. 6. Service availability

FOTICOS S.L. works to keep the service operational, although it cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, as it depends on third-party services such as Amazon's APIs and carriers. Maintenance tasks that temporarily affect the service may be carried out.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, FOTICOS S.L. shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from interruptions, errors in third-party services or misuse of the service by the user.

8. Changes

FOTICOS S.L. reserves the right to modify these Terms to adapt them to legislative, technical or service developments. Changes will be published on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that apply in accordance with applicable regulations.
